Cinnamon Twig Acupuncture is centrally located just two blocks from St. Charles in the Rectory House of St. John the Baptist. Prices

$120 for all appointments (1 hour). Initial appointments have a slightly longer intake than follow ups. All appointments include acupuncture potentially in conjunction with other modalities.

$60 for cupping only (30 min)

$250 for micro & nanoneedling with hyaluronic acid serum infused with Chinese herbs and an acupuncture treatment (1 hour).

If you are not in the VA CCN: Some insurance policies cover acupuncture or massage for certain conditions and, although we don’t process other insurances our office, we are able to provide you with a receipt (Super bill) that has the correct billing codes on it, which may help you to be reimbursed for your treatment.

Before your visit: Please eat within 3 hours of your appointment, wear loose fitting clothing and be sure your initial forms are filled out.
During your visit: Your appointment will begin with an intake period followed by acupuncture potentially in conjunction with other modalities.
How many sessions? As a rule of thumb, expect to return for 5-7 sessions to achieve a long term resolution for your issue. For fertility acupuncture, please expect to return for 8-12 sessions. Some conditions see their health goals achieved in more or less sessions depending on their nature.
Parking: ​We offer free street parking directly in front of the clinic. The clinic entrance is on Clio St. and marked during office hours with an A-frame sign on the sidewalk.

Cancellation policy: When you make an appointment it is a reservation of the practitioners time that is set aside special for you. When appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, it is difficult to re-fill the appointment time. The cancellation policy below has been developed to reflect the balance between unforeseen circumstances and respect of our practitioner's time.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be strictly subject to the cancellation fees as followed:

Initial appointments: Full appointment fee without exceptions.

Follow up appointments: 50% of appointment fee.

Labor induction appointments are exempt from the cancellation policy.

No-call, No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. No call, no show is defined as zero contact exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment start time.
Tardy policy: Tardiness exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and be charged the full appointment fee. Please be 5 minutes early for your appointment to ensure time to park, locate the clinic, use the restroom and be ready and on time for your appointment. We have a busy clinic and tardiness can not only affect the quality of treatment, put strain on the practitioner but also affect the timely-ness of the other scheduled appointments.
